A national company with a 200-year reputable brand has been found to have established it’s business on hate and morally corrupts conduct. It’s been investigated and found that those same practices are prevalent today.
Customers of this company’s main products and have fallen ill and local residents have been complaining for generations that these practices (dumping waste) that has been poisoning the local residents. Now there is video evidence to substantiate these claims.
Yet still this organization continues to tell the public, those employees are just “rouge workers” and do not represent the company’s overall philosophy and code of ethics. Yet still there are countless videos, eyewitness accounts and other damming evidence to counter this claim. Nevertheless, the company continues to lean on reputation and its history of being a reputable and upright company.
When do we the people challenge this and mandate that these practices change? What is the threshold? When is enough, enough?
