Where Real Talk Includes Real Challenges.

What Would You Do … What are you willing to do in order to be successful?

Play episode

This is for all you high-school athletes out there with aspirations of competing in your respective sports at the colligate level, especially those of you who are barely being recruited or acknowledge as potential players at the next level.

What would you be willing to do, if I could guarantee 40 minutes of playing time for the final 10 games of your Sr year at your dream university?

That guarantee would only come about if you would spend the first full season practicing with a team in another sport all together i.e. (for the guys) practicing with the women’s basketball team? Or as a female would you as a volleyball player run track or another sport that you have no desire or love for?  Would you ride a peddle bike for 2 hours each way to practice during the summer? Then after that year is over, for the next 3 years finally get to practice and travel with the team in the sport you love, but with real opportunity to play in the real games. Day in and day out grinding and showing up with a good attitude and sacrificing.

Would you do all this knowing there is that opportunity at the end?

This portion is for the all you recent or up and coming college grads. What would you be willing to do, if I could guarantee you a thriving and successful executive VP career by the time you hit 40? But there’s a catch…. Would you be willing to humble yourself and work your way up the ladder, starting off stacking shelves in a local convenience store? Spend 15+ years grinding and filling roles that no one else wants to fill, just to learn and understand the business.

What are you willing to do and how much are you will you sacrifice to be successful? What would you do?
